Allay Counseling is a mental health company dedicated to providing quality mental health services. Messages sent by Allay Counseling are intended to schedule appointments, assess client mental status, share mental health information, or encourage the use of coping strategies. Clients voluntarily provide their names, emails, and phone numbers solely for service-related purposes.
All collected information is securely stored in ICANOTES Health EHR in compliance with HIPAA policies. This information is used to support mental health care by checking on clients, sending appointment reminders, providing helpful information, or motivating the use of learned strategies.
Allay Counseling maintains strict privacy policies. We do not share, sell, rent, or trade personal information without consent, unless legally required. Information shared with third parties is only done to meet service obligations—not for marketing. SMS opt in: Clients can text the word "START" to our business SMS number to opt into SMS communication.
If clients wish to verify, correct, change, or remove their information, they may contact Allay Counseling at 214-809-6023. To stop receiving text messages, simply reply “STOP” or “UNSUBSCRIBE” to the number from which the message was sent. Once processed, no further messages will be sent.
